I think something changed because this time the experience was more than positive, especially the interaction with Tim Germain. Easy negotiation, no pressure, good flexibility, excellent attitude. The process to select the additional purchases (we ended up purchasing an extended warranty) could have been shorter; Larry does a very good job at providing lots of good information but not all essential to me making a purchasing decision. Overall, very happy and we'll be back next time. More
