Everyone at this Honda dealership made me feel welcomed and interested in making me a deal. I previously went to Honda in Huntsville and they didn’t seem too interested if I bought a vehicle or not. Throughout the next week I began researching vehicles again. I was stuck on Honda or Toyota. My husband suggested we go to Decatur to Honda and then Toyota next. Test drive different crossovers/SUVs to decide what I really wanted. Regardless what I decided on, I wanted a white vehicle with gray interior. However, when I walked inside the dealership, a red SUV caught my eye. I asked my husband, “What is that?” He said a Pilot and I didn’t believe him….it looked different. I was in love and I never really cared about how a vehicle looked as long as it would get me where I was going without any problems. Did I mention that I have never wanted a red vehicle in my years of buying them? I love my new ride! Thanks to all the staff for making this lady happy! My grandkids love it, and other family members. My sister just got a Toyota 4 Runner and having regrets. She said, a Honda Pilot Trailsport will be her next ride. Thank you More

I drove 5 hours to get a vehicle from this Shottenkirk dealership and I am glad I did. From walking into the front door where Gage and I met, to him showing me the car....it was nothing but kind and and k dealership and I am glad I did. Then I met the the General Manager Mason (which i ended up knowing from my purchase in Shottenkirk Caton), which really put this car deal to ease on my end. He got me a great deal and also made the purchase quick and easy. Last I went into the finance department and met Lane, he was awesome and also double checked everything himself and with Mason to make sure everything was correct so I did have to drive back to dealership (5 hrs away). Over all a day and a great dealership. More
