Seemed to be a smooth process it would have been nice to able to provide insurance and just sign the purchase agreement so I was able to finance with my bank to eliminate the resign with my personal lender able to provide insurance and just sign the purchase agreement so I was able to finance with my bank to eliminate the resign with my personal lender but over all not a fair experience.
