We were there because they didn’t tighten caliper from the last visit!!! When we picked the car up after we had to bring it back to be fixed they bent the front license plate. The work ordered included radiator fluch, brake fluid flush and transmission oil change. The truck was check in on Wednesday at 9:00 am with an estimated time of 3 hrs in the shop. At 11:00 am a piece flush and transmission oil change. The truck was check in on Wednesday at 9:00 am with an estimated time of 3 hrs in the shop. At 11:00 am a piece of equipment in the shop failed (air compressor?) and an additional work time was needed to fix the equipment and finish the job. I was given a loaner car and advised to return on Thursday. I called at 10 am on Thursday and was told the work is done. I returned the loaner and paid the bill by 1 pm. The car's performance was remarkably improved. Thank you. More
