I ended up purchasing a car here, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did bring it down, but it was still higher than the quote & it took unnecessary back and forth. I was also told I could come in to test drive the car, but when I got there, I wasn’t allowed to drive it because it hadn’t passed smog yet. I was told it would be ready the next day, but it actually took about three days. Looking at the Carfax afterward, there were multiple services done. Not just smog, so the timeline and explanation didn’t fully match what I was told. On top of that, one of the finance managers seemed irritated when I was asking questions during the process, which made the experience feel overwhelming. I did get the car in the end and I love it, but the overall experience wasn’t the smoothest. I’d probably go elsewhere next time. More

He was especially thoughtful during the test drive, knowing it's been nearly 20 years, since I last driven, a new car is warm, jovial personality, really put me at ease. I genuinely appreciated his extended, courtesy, professionalism, and sincere desire to make this a comfortable, positive experience. I couldn't have asked for better service. Car buying to be a long process, and my experience did take several hours, though, was absolutely no fault of the dealership.
