Jordan reached out to me and stated that they would deliver the car to me. We discussed the features that I wanted in my car and he swore I would love the Trax. Well, he was right, I do love this car. It’s exactly what I wanted . The delivery was great. Price was good. So the problem is that I left my garage door opener in my old car. That was my fault. I called Jordan the same day and told him. I called him the next day, and he said he had it, and even sent me a picture of it. That was April 1st. I still don’t have it. I called Lance his boss about a month ago. He said it would be a priority to get it to me. Never heard another word. So, this dealership is all about the sale, which I get. I am in sales myself. But once the sale is made, they don’t want to know anything or help someone out. That’s why I gave them three stars. If it’s lost then just tell me, or offer to replace it. Say something. More
