The reason for the one star review is for the fact that the dealership has not followed up with anything they agreed to while making the deal. When I was reviewing the Jeep I purchased I noticed several sc the dealership has not followed up with anything they agreed to while making the deal. When I was reviewing the Jeep I purchased I noticed several scratches on both driver side doors. I told them I would not buy it unless they fixed them. They agreed and told me the body shop was not in so they would arrange to have it fixed. No one has tried to reach out to me to get that corrected. What it seems to me is that they said what was needed to get the sale. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid that dealership. Also reached out a couple time to speak to someone about my tags since they said I had unpaid tolls and they couldn’t transfer my tags so I have a 30 day tag that is about to expire. I have called to pay any unpaid tolls but I am being told they can’t find any unpaid tolls in the system. Trying to reach someone there to give me more details to get it corrected with no luck. I will be taking the Jeep somewhere my self to get the doors fixed so I don’t have to deal with them any longer. More
