It was most refreshing to have such a wonderful shopping (& YES, buying) experience. Lance Devlin, my salesman, was so professional, knowledgeable, patient & personable. I don’t know how he knew every feature of every car, but he did. And NO pressure. NO games. Working with his manager, Dennis Fike & Nick in finance, they ran the numbers and proposed 1/2 dozen options until we found just the perfect plan that fit my budget with a car I’m in love with and completed the sale. This included taking over the remaining payments on my Rogue. It’s a real win-win. I highly recommend Lance, Dennis & Nick. Couldn’t rate them higher if I wanted to. They broke through the ceiling. Between them and DCH Kay Honda they made the car buying experience most enjoyable.

Once we drove away the respect stopped. We no sooner got the car home and the maintenance light came on, it needed an oil change. A sticker on the window said 12-month/ 12,000 mile limited warranty (following expiration of new car warranty) however when my daughter signed on the dotted line they said the car was “as is” and the new car warranty would expire shortly after our purchase with nothing except the power train warranty beyond that. I emailed our Salesperson a few times then called and actually told him we had several questions that we emailed him about. He never answered our emails. I spoke to a manager of the dealership and he didn’t help us get answers either. They didn’t even give us any floor mats at all, not even cheap ones. The temporary tags expired and we had to call and ask why we didn’t get the permanent tags and title yet (that’s right we paid in full, maybe that was a mistake) . They realized the plates and title were sitting at the dealership so at least they drove them to us so we could drive without fear of getting ticketed.
Totally disappointed in the customer service once we paid for the car and drove it off the lot. Do I really have to take a man with me to buy a car?! :(
