Interesting Experience Lana Flowers was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and prepared. She had the car I requested upfront and waiting for me. I test drove and it was a Lana Flowers was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and prepared. She had the car I requested upfront and waiting for me. I test drove and it was a done deal. I was a little disappointed in the after care. There was a issue because I had a newly assigned zip code and the paperwork was not accepted at Ford. I was not called and told there was an issue. I called numerous times and received no assistance. I finally talked to Jason. He found the issue and was able to get things resolved quickly. However, the issue does not deter me from given Lana and Jason the accolades they deserved. They helped me tremendously. More
