I've been in the car business in sales for over a decade. I've been voted "State's Best" Automotive Salesperson recognized in “The State” Newspaper multiple times. Growing up in the inner city of Chicago (mostly without a car) I know first hand how hard it can be not having reliable transportation. This has resulted in a passion for helping people acquire exceptional vehicles while having an enjoyable experience along the way. I love traveling (Especially to Disney World) and trying different types of foods. I love my beautiful wife and 3 daughters (12, 10 and 8), whom I provide a great life for by taking care of my guests at Lexus at a high level. A wise man once said, “If you help enough people get what they want, you can have everything you want.” This is one of my favorite quotes because I’m living it.

This was by far the best automobile buying experience that I have ever experienced. I love the fact that several sales associates didn't bombard me while I was perusing through the lot looking at vehicle that I have ever experienced. I love the fact that several sales associates didn't bombard me while I was perusing through the lot looking at vehicles. I was left alone long enough to simply look so that was a major plus for me and then when Lalo did come out, it was simply to see if I needed help, had any questions, and to let me know that he was available if I needed anything. More impressively was how knowledgably Lalo was about the vehicle I was interested in, the Lexus brand itself, and the dealership. His knowledge kept me engaged, making me want to know even more. Nothing felt forced throughout the process. I truly felt in control of my decision and not persuaded in any way. The finance portion of the process was a breeze and easy to follow. Eddie was amazing. He got me the best possible deal, was very transparent and honest about the entire process. Knowing he had my best interest at heart elevated the anxiety I initially felt about purchasing another vehicle. I especially like the "thumb drive" where all my signed documents are stored. Not having hundreds of sheets of paper is always a plus. Lastly, I Angelique, the delivery specialist, did an exceptional job walking me through every function of the vehicle and ensured I had a good understanding of it's operation so to have a great riding/owning experience. I appreciate everyone providing me with their contact information in the event I had any other questions. Phenomenal buying experience. More
