He helped us get set-up for On-Star when we had some issues. He spent a lot of time with us, making us feel comfortable with our purchase and the technical areas. He made it a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. On the Financial side, Julio (I apologize I do not remember his last name), helped us tremendously explaining all the various warranty options and discussing the payment process etc. He was professional but in an easygoing way that made you feel comfortable.
