Carl Anderson is an awesome salesperson. He listens and is very resourceful when it comes to giving his best at getting whatever vehicle you're looking for. I'm so happy I got to purchase my 2019 Avalon from him almost 7 years ago and now my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander. Carl always makes you feel like you're just as important as the next person and you're more than just another person to sell a vehicle to. He's one of the most professional yet down to earth people i have had the opportunity to do business with. More

Everyone gets charged a fee and the amount depends on how much your bill is... my $30 was for $200 hourly labor charge, which btw took all of 15 minutes for the work being done... More

Her attitude is pleasant and she is transparent in her dealings with you and that is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to see her working when I bring my vehicle in because I feel like I matter as a customer and I'm not just another person passing through. She is one of the best I've worked with when it comes to the true meaning of customer service. More
