Purposely filed refund paperwork 2 months hs late to keep me from getting thousands refunded in a timely manner. Other employees are also disrespectful and rude. Use anyone other than Heritage Honda! More

Kyshawn was kind, polite, professional, and patient. He was the second salesperson I worked with at this dealership, and the primary in-person salesman. No hard sales tactics, and honored the OTD numbers. Overall he was very nice to work with. The dealership: overall not perfect, but above average. No hard sales tactics either by sales or financing. Everyone is pretty nice, normal, and approachable. No dealer add-ons which is great, they honor their agreed upon price, and are overall polite. I was just unhappy about 2 main things: my first sales person sort of stopped responding to me once I agreed to & put down a deposit (with no explanation), and I was given less than 72hours to come purchase the car when it arrived. On the first point, I still landed with a nice sales person so that's fine. On the second point, I'm still a bit annoyed. I ended up having to purchase only under my name instead of joint with my SO bc he couldn't get off work within their less than 72hour window. We were called just before noon on Tuesday and told we had to be in by Thurs night. That's not a full 72 hours - I had offered to come in early Friday afternoon. That would have been like...75 hours after I was notified. I was annoyed at the lack of ability to be even SLIGHTLY flexible for someone that is responding and not ghosting you (unlike your sales person) therefore not going to abandon the purchase. Now I'll have to go back and fix the title later. I don't know which sales manager made this call, but poor show. More
