Worst I have ever experienced in 65 years of life. Third time I tried to get my car in for warranty service, they had me bring the car in for 7 am, called them multiple times that day up till closing w Third time I tried to get my car in for warranty service, they had me bring the car in for 7 am, called them multiple times that day up till closing with no positive results or update. Was told to call at 7 am next day for ride to pick up car ... I called at 11 am and was told car had not even been put in shop yet. If they needed two days to change oil and rotate tires the should have said so ... any other dealer in town could have it done in less than an hour .. why are you so incompetent and inconsiderate of customers ?
