This was the fourth new vehicle I have purchased from Handy Toyota. This was my first time dealing with Ali, and it was a pleasure! Due to an unforeseen accident I was in need of a car in a very short time. I placed a call to Handy Toyota and spoke with Kyle Ward regarding what specials they had and what vehicles they had on the lot. A very short time. We setup a time for my wife and I to come test drive a few cars. When we arrived Kyle introduced us to John Treichler who had the three cars we were interested in ready for us to review and test drive. After explaining the different options and vehicle styles we started our test drives. The Corolla Sport is a great car fast and very fun to drive. We test drove two different Prius models. We selected a Prius V and told Kyle and John. They spoke with Sam and he began the finance paperwork while we went to dinner. When everything was ready we received a text stating everything was ready. My daughter and I returned to sign the papers and we were in and out in less than 30 min. John explained the options and reviewed our service. He introduced us to Kyle Palmer in service and we setup the first 1500 mile check up. I could not have asked for better service and respect for a customers time. Upon returning to work, my people were asking what car I got and where we purchased it. Many people had little idea that Handy Toyota had such a large selection of vehicles. More

He made the whole transaction a good experience, made it easy, and it didn't take forever to do the paper work. I will never buy from the dealership again in So.Burlington, because I now realize that buying a car can be a good experience not a pain in the butt, take forever experience.
