I was very happy with the excellent service provided by Giovanni Morales and endorse him highly. I was not pleased to arrive at the dealership to be told by Kyle Tyzio that he could not accept the check i Giovanni Morales and endorse him highly. I was not pleased to arrive at the dealership to be told by Kyle Tyzio that he could not accept the check issued by Truist bank in full payment for my car, and he told me he could not release the car unless I could arrange anothe rmeans of payment. I only learned about this in the late afternoon when I arrived at the dealership even though Kyle had received the check ten days earlier. Fortunately, Giovanni took me to a nearby Truist bank just before closing and they were able to issue a new cashiers check. The bank manager told me he had never heard of a business not accepting a Truist-issued check. This was a very stressful situation for me, especially after flying nine hours from London. More
