I’ve had my fair share of experiences with dealerships, but none quite as disappointing as my recent visit to this Mazda location. I brought my car in for a routine service and detail, only to pick it up a but none quite as disappointing as my recent visit to this Mazda location. I brought my car in for a routine service and detail, only to pick it up and discover visible scratches on the entertainment screen. When I raised this issue with the general manager (kyle schuchter), the conversation quickly went downhill. Rather than listening or taking accountability, he immediately brought up how I have a “deal of a lifetime” because I receive free services—services that were offered only because this dealership originally sold me a STOLEN vehicle. The previous GM (Dave) had been kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the situation. He was the one who arranged that agreement as a way to make things right. Unfortunately, the new GM chose to throw that gesture back in my face with a tone that was rude and condescending from the start. What was most disappointing is that kyle made no real effort to resolve the issue. He refused to take responsibility for the damage and showed no interest in offering a reasonable solution. Instead of trying to make things right, he was more focused on defending himself and deflecting blame. However, what truly stood out was the behavior of kyle. Rather than addressing my concerns in a respectful and solution-oriented manner, he was dismissive, condescending, and at times acted in a way that was surprisingly immature for someone in a leadership role. I expected a higher level of professionalism from someone representing the dealership at that level. Unfortunately, his conduct made it clear that customer respect and accountability were not priorities. To top it off, when we asked to see my car, he walked us outside and asked US where it was—despite the service center still having it. That moment alone spoke volumes about the lack of communication and professionalism here. I would not recommend this dealership, especially not for service or detailing—and certainly not for purchasing a vehicle. More
