I appreciated the laid back and calm atmosphere and lack of high pressure to purchase a car immediately, although I did, (but not due to feeling pressured). Spent half the afternoon working with Kyle and a sales manager. In the process of negotiating I was told that I had the right of first refusal. I allowed them to run my credit, and was just given the term manager. In the process of negotiating I was told that I had the right of first refusal. I told him I would call him right back, and in less than 3 minutes, Kyle texts me to say that another person sold the vehicle.Extremely poor customer service, and it’s obvious that this dealership can’t be trusted. Do NOT allow them to run your credit. Jim Ellis Chevrolet will waste your afternoon and deliver the worst customer service of any car lot in Georgia. More

I live in South Ga had looked all over for over a year for a truck like it . Price was great for the year cleanliness and mikes on it .Spoke to Kyle that Saturday morning around 9:30 . I was in Thomaston for a truck like it . Price was great for the year cleanliness and mikes on it .Spoke to Kyle that Saturday morning around 9:30 . I was in Thomaston to look at another truck which was mislead on it . I had seen your truck on carfaxCom on Thursday and thought then about calling on it . Kyle was great to deal with along with Kalo that day .The truck did have a torn tailgate protector which Kyle said he was going to send me a new one but haven’t seen it yet and a cap as well but other than that it was a pleasure no hassle deal . Finance department fraudulently deceived us, by telling us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us that the banks require it. Please remove the warranty as there is no truth or merit to the Financial departments statement. More
