Kyle was nothing but amazing from 2020 to now. I came to purchase a tire after work. Although they did get me out in time.I was told an hour, but it was within 40 min. The guy who worked with me was short, and not very friendly.The whole point of purchasing a Lexus is you want the entire first class experience. Beside dealing with Christian who worked with me when I purchased my car. To this day if I have a question about something he will always call or text me right back. I am still looking for that. I was told that if your car needed service they would come get it, and give you a loaner. What they don’t tell you is that a lot of these courtesy vehicle are booked up in advanced. When I called to see if they could come and get my car because my tire going flat, I was told I had to have it towed in. Although the tire was going flat I was able to drive it to work and to the dealership the next day. I love my vehicle I have a RX 350 f-sport. Looking to upgrade when I pay it off. Service department definitely needs improving. More
