They treat you like you're family, because they are family. They didn't try to up-sell us, add extra fees in anywhere, or haggle us. They were nice enough to hold the car I was interested in over the weekend so I could get my financing in place, even when someone else showed interest in the same car. They had the car detailed inside and out before we went to pick it up and even put gas in the tank. Of all the dealerships we went to, and there were many, they were the only one's that were completely stress free. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, like I did at the other dealers. If you are looking for an easy, stress free experience, I highly recommend seeing the team at LeSueue! I just wish I would have gone to them first. More

No pressure, relaxed atmosphere I was a little nervous because I had never heard of this dealership before, but I'm so glad I decided to check it out. All the guys are super nice and you don't get the high pressure used car salesman vibe from any of them. Everyone I came in contact with seemed genuinely friendly, helpful and honest. They let me test drive the vehicle and did not have to tag along for the ride. I was surprised, I have never test drove a car without the salesman tagging along. There was not any pressure put on me to buy the car at any time. Steven followed up with me a week later. I told him about some concerns and he immediately found the answers for me. I went in the next day and asked to test drive the van one more time. They let me put some cargo in the van to see what the performance was like and I was satisfied it would work for me. We sat down and an hour later I was out the door with my new vehicle. Simple, easy and no pressure is all I have to say. It was busy that day but while we were waiting for someone in sales to be free we were not left to cool our heels. Instead we were assisted along the way by various people that did any part they could to help by setting up the test drive, answering questions about trade in, offers to look at numbers for us....anything that each person could do that might assist us while we were waiting... We had a truly nice family run company experience. We were asked if there was anything else we would like to see, questions we might have and I truly felt we got honest answers and no pressure in sight. Our toddler age child was there and every one was very flexible with her needs to color, be a bit noisy, and be her usual high energy self. We were fortunate to walk in pre-financed and even better Kris took the time to find us yet an even better rate. We got a great deal on a great vehicle and are very pleased. We would definitely shop here again! More

I absolutely love the experience you get at Lesueur! My fiance introduced me to the dealership a couple months ago as we were shopping for his car. I could not believe how relaxed I was after our visit just to test drive a few cars and negotiate a deal. I have never before left a dealership happy or relaxed. I love the fact that you are able to do the test drive on your own without any pressure from a salesman. Then when you find your car, the same employee walks you through the financing and contract signing. There is no passing you back and forth between employees to negotiate the final deal. I love the teamwork mentality of Lesueur and the lack of competition between employees to "steal the deal". I will never buy another car from anywhere else! Thanks for making the car buying experience so easy!!! More

Fair and reasonable I did my homework in advance and found the asking price for the BMW I wanted to purchase was fair and reasonable. Even still I was given an additional discount on the price and a low cost on extended warranty. In and out in 90 minutes and that included the test drive. Honest and trustworthy...not words you would usually associate with car sales. More
