Kyle was my service advisor, he was very professional even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash went off a block before I pulled up into the shop. My problem was the engine light, brake light, cruise control light, and traction control light kept coming on and staying on for days. Kyle kept me updated with things they where looking into, not taking down, put explaining things to me.for four weeks. At the end it was the Oil Control Vale that was replaced. And the overall cost was not to bad. I would take my car back to Kyle and the mechanic he works with. If you want someone to work with you to locate the problem….
