If it wasn't for Ryan Richard we wouldn't have purchased a truck here and this is the 2nd purchase from this dealer. Trucks with recalls on the lot & website for long time but unavailable for purchase! We a truck here and this is the 2nd purchase from this dealer. We got word salad from Mgt about why the truck we actually bought wouldn't come close to what the 'unavailable' recalled one was priced at. Same year, same items. Ryan went and got same truck from another dealer had to add things that were supposed to be on it. Ryan went above and beyond for us and we only purchased due to his diligence and helpfulness on getting exactly what we wanted. ONLY if Ryan was still there would we return for a new vehicle. Don't put a vehicle out there that you can't sell, Ford, without having the recall solution completed, that's on you! More
