I'll echo the other reviews and say I had a great experience at RBM of Alpharetta. I purchased a CPO EQS, and Kyle made the process as smooth as possible. I didn't have a lot of experience with Mercedes-Benz, and Kyle patiently answered my questions with no pressure, and helped me come to a decision that I am very happy with. I had a small problem with the car shortly after purchase, and Kelzey and the service team figured it out extremely quickly and took care of me all through the process.
