2nd truck in 6 months This was the 2nd truck I purchased from Vernon in 6 months. 1st one was a personal used truck. The newest one was for business, a new 2017 ram This was the 2nd truck I purchased from Vernon in 6 months. 1st one was a personal used truck. The newest one was for business, a new 2017 ram 3500 dually st. Both the salesman Morgan Chavez and finance Kyle Echols were both prompt and friendly. It can be difficult buying a vehicle out of state with never seeing it, but both times Vernon has made the process easy. I also had some accessories added and Tyler Brints was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they offered. Only suggestion I could make is make the used sales as important as the new ones. My first truck was a 2015 F-350 Platinum and the 2nd one was a 2017 ram 3500 st. Both trucks cost the same. The new ram had a full fuel tank and the DEF tank was full; however the used 2015 F-350 had about 1/4 tank of fuel and I had to immediately stop and get DEF to fill the DEF tank (truck computer was reading less than 500 miles). Also had the opportunity to add accessories to the new truck where the used truck I never had the opportunity. (had I known they offered the accessories I probably could have) New or used I feel every sale should be treated the same way especially considering the $$$$ being spent. Could be the difference in salesman as my original salesman no longer worked there, but that would be my only complaint if you want to call it that. More

They have a large selection of trucks, and with Morgan Chavez’s help; I was able to find the exact truck I wanted. No running back and forth to a sales manager haggling over the sales price. I received one fair market price on the unit. It was a great hassle free experience. All the details were worked out via text and phone calls, so when we arrived, all we had to do was test drive and sign a few papers. I drove 300 miles to pick the unit up and it was worth the drive. We had a wonderful experience with our finance person as well, Kyle Echols. He was very courteous, professional, and did not mind explaining everything to us. He is very knowledgeable with the extended warranties and was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to get us a good interest rate and already had the paperwork together when we arrived at the dealership. When my wife and I are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will be coming back to Vernon Auto Group. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to family and friends to purchase a vehicle from Vernon Auto Group. More

He did follow up with emails also. VernonAutoGroup has in my opinion a very sleek and professional website. Even the way they photograph their cars and trucks for sale gives the best views and angles of whatever car you are looking at. They seem to know not to even deal with cars or trucks that are not one to two owner to ensure satisfaction on sales. My car met and exceeded my expectations. The price was below market also. In my case there were some confusions about my deposit check and delivery payment options but Derek was great by continuing to resolve with his business office at Vernon even after my car was delivered.. I've had bad experiences in the past with saleman/finance managers and today showed me the stereotypical "dealership staff tries to swindle you" is a stereotype when dealing with Vernon Auto Group. From the jump they were 1000% upfront and honest. What they say is their word and that is a rarity. Morgan is a top notch dude when it comes to sales and Kyle is the equivalent on the finance side. I drove almost 3 hours to the sleepy town of Vernon to purchase my vehicle and it was worth every second of the drive. As long as I can help it, I will be purchasing any and every vehicle from here on out from these guys. I can't recommend them enough! More
