Robby Ramsey was very courteous and professional and initially came in over the phone with the lowest price I had received and also offered me a very respectable offer on a trade. Within approx 4 days the sales manager called me and offered me a deal I could not resist. Upon receipt of the vehicle which was delivered to my home, I noticed a scratch on the painted portion of the mirror and after texting Robby Ramsey his customer service manager Ashley Hernandez contacted me and gave me instructions on what to do so I could get the scratch repaired. I asked tons of questions the entire time and was always treated professionally. I will definitely go back to Vernon auto group for my next purchase. More
