2018 Ford Raptor Order I placed an order with Vernon for a 2018 Raptor in September and left my $1,000 deposit for the order with Cassie a sales rep. I was promised the rapt I placed an order with Vernon for a 2018 Raptor in September and left my $1,000 deposit for the order with Cassie a sales rep. I was promised the raptor would arrive "long before thanksgiving" in an email. On December 15 the Raptor arrived nearly 1 month past the promise date. I was understanding as delays can happen from the factory as the Raptor has special parts. This weekend since the raptor arrived I have dealt with nearly 10 of their sales employees and two of their finance officers as no one seemed eager to close the deal. I planned on using a bank wire or cashiers check, however over the weekend they never sent me a routing number or the final invoice. Today, four days after the truck arrived I received a call from their general sales manager telling me that I must pay $5,000 over sticker for the truck. I informed him that in all 102 emails between Cassie, Sheridan, and other sales personnel their was NEVER ANY WRITTEN agreement for even $1 over sticker. Vernon gave false promises to the date of the vehcile's arrival and attempted to scam me in the end. Overall very poor service and illegal methods as the price they email, and tell you will be lower than the price you pay. To an internet buyer such as myself I highly suggest not dealing with Vernon. More
