Joshua quickly responded to an issue I raised and did so with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service with genuine concern. We found a used vehicle online that we were interested in and since we had a 2 hour drive, we had a lot of questions for our sales rep Lewis Bass. We decided to head that way without an appointment and were warmly greeted by every staff member we came in contact with and were lead to Johnny Denney's desk as Mr. Bass had a previous appointment. Mr. Denney was very straight forward, amiable and helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we left with the best deal and all of the information regarding the vehicle warranties, features and history. The financing/funding portion was handled by Kyle Crowley and he was extremely efficient and concise. We left with the truck we wanted and will be 5 Star Ford customers for life! Extremely satisfied!
