The staff was warm and welcoming. My appointment was at 10:20 AM. I got there at 9:40 AM. They went ahead and took me in. They also paid for my Uber to and from the mall. I went to findlay toyota to get a service for my 2025 toyota GR Corolla. Encounter a check engine and need to diagnose the error and need to update the ECU, It was start from 10am until 1:30pm and it too toyota GR Corolla. Encounter a check engine and need to diagnose the error and need to update the ECU, It was start from 10am until 1:30pm and it took 3 hours and 30 mins before they clear the error and just to update the ECU. After they turnover my car I noticed some scuffs on exterior! please be more careful and need a faster service! More
