My service was handled professionally and that was appreciated. I did however have a communication issue, where I was essentially ghosted after calling to ask a question. This happens, and was uninte appreciated. I did however have a communication issue, where I was essentially ghosted after calling to ask a question. This happens, and was unintentional — but I did have an issue with the fact that when I did reach someone to TELL the dealership they had an issue — the person I spoke to spoke to me like I was a child who didn’t understand what I was talking about. She also told me I was wrong when I told her a voice mail box was full — informing me that it could not be and that I must have been calling the wrong number (I was not). I did not appreciate the attitude (especially since it turned out that I was correct and the issue WAS actually on their end). Not a huge problem or deal breaker for me using this dealership … but slightly annoying which is why I dropped my rating one star. More

I waited 2 hours to NOT have the issue with my infotainment system resolved. There were no status updates and even when I texted the phone number I was provided for my service coordinator, I recei infotainment system resolved. There were no status updates and even when I texted the phone number I was provided for my service coordinator, I received no response. After two hours one of the salesmen sat in the car and tried to coach me through “fixing” the issue, with no result. I had already tried everything he suggested and I had already told (and submitted with my appointment details) them that I tried all those ideas. So I left with no solution. On my way home a different technician called me and said he was positive the problem is due to an Apple iOS update problem and not an issue with the car. He said this is a known issue and there’s nothing they can do. If that’s is the case, why did I have to wait 2 hours? More
