Great team of people, I just wish when we sat down with numbers they had told me it would be $45 higher a month than what I had agreed to. Also since I’m leasing a vehicle, there was damage noted on the bu numbers they had told me it would be $45 higher a month than what I had agreed to. Overall good experience with the sales team, both Kris and Dylan. However- I think management needs to look at how they interact with customers and vehicles in the showroom. Under no circumstances should a jeep with a big engine and loud exhaust be on for more than a few seconds. And it’s two what appeared to be managers doing it! Shameful!. I had to leave the showroom to catch my breath. If you need to move cars, be smart as ask people to move the area briefly vs nearly hitting them and smoking them out with exhaust. More
