This was my first time at this dealership. I have heard good things and I now can see why! The website is very easy to navigate and helpful in searching for a car. When I called ahead, I spoke with Jenny, who quickly helped me learn that the two cars I was interested in looking at were still available. She told me when I arrived to ask for her. Kristian came right out to meet me, and Jenny officially introduced us. Kristian got the car I was most interested in and I was able to test drive it. In talking with Mike, I ended up getting a really good deal on a brand new car instead of the used one I was looking at! Mike and Kristian were very clear that there was no pressure to buy anything I was not ready for or not interested in. When I came in the next day, everyone remembered my name, including the woman at the front desk, whose name I did not catch, but she has dark hair and was very nice and helpful! Memo explained everything very well during the paperwork part of the process. I can't remember the name of the service dept. member who helped me learn how to use my car, but he was very kind and patient, and did a nice job explaining everything. I will now HIGHLY recommend Mastrovito Hyundai to anyone after my first experience there. I hate dealing with car places because I have such limited knowledge and don't like feeling pressured or stupid, but everyone I interacted with so kind and friendly that I felt really comfortable.
