I had a great buying experience with BMW Anexandria professional and easy to work with on the sales side. However, the service side consistently falls short. This Saturday, I scheduled a 9 AM drop-o professional and easy to work with on the sales side. However, the service side consistently falls short. This Saturday, I scheduled a 9 AM drop-off to address a slow tire leak. Despite the appointment, it took 65 minutes before I was able to drop off my vehicle, and it wasn’t taken in until 10:05 AM. Unfortunately, long waits like this are not unusual. The appointment schedule doesn’t seem to have any real flow control or meaning. While they did replace the tire, my vehicle was returned with visible scratches, and the new tire wasn’t even inflated to the recommended PSI. Disappointing to see such a lack of care and attention to detail after an otherwise positive purchase experience. More

Before my visit, I came across several negative comments that made me second-guess going, but I decided to see for myself, and I’m glad I did. From the Sales Manager, Kanchan Sedhai to the Finance Manager, Jeremy Seepersaud, to the actual salesperson, Krishma, and the Electric vehicles Edward, each individual conducted themselves with professionalism and respect. No, they didn’t do me any special favors, but they represented the company well, as you would expect from a brand known for high-end vehicles. My experience was “tremendous”, completely different from what I had read, which taught me an important lesson: reviews are just opinions, often influenced by personal circumstances. Some customers may have had a bad day or misunderstood a situation. That’s why I encourage you to visit and experience it for yourself before forming an opinion. Great Job! Jean Cyprien More

I took it as a Divine intervention - Divine it was INDEED!!! Disappointed I reached out re: a vehicle and Ali Hussain replied saying that vehicle was sold but continued by asking if he could help me with anything else. I said, “Yes.l and the rest is history! Next thing I know, I was driving away with my X1 🥰. And may I add, Krishna Fahim the “BMW Genius” took great care and patience showing me the ins/outs of my new vehicle ☺️ Both Ali and Krishma went above and beyond making a very frustrating decision and purchase of my first BMW a phenomenal experience!!!
