I went to several different dealerships in the Boston metropolitan area. None of which had the response time of Mercedes Benz Boston and Keith Robinson. The response was frequent enough to display interest, but not enough to feel harassed. From the test drive to the lease contract, I felt like the dealership cared. Stellar Performance! I came in to Mercedes in Somerville to do a test drive the GLK350 as my BMW X3's extended warranty was ending soon. I have always wanted to try a Merc I came in to Mercedes in Somerville to do a test drive the GLK350 as my BMW X3's extended warranty was ending soon. I have always wanted to try a Mercedes and see if this was my next vehicle. I called the dealership to get the exact location as I got lost. Thanh was so helpful with direction and stayed on the phone with me until I found it. As I came in he gave me greeted me and asked me if I wanted something to drink and bought me to the ice cream box. We went outside and he walked me around the GLK350. He explained all the neat functions the vehicle could do. We went for test drive and I knew I wanted it at that point. When I came to pick up my vehicle he wrapped up my vehicle with a big bow since he knew this was my first Mercedes; he wanted to make it special. Thanh is full of knowledge and if he didn't know the answer; he was very quick and responsive on following up. He ensure my process was very smooth and gave me the best sales customer service.
