There is nothing I dislike more than shopping for cars and the 'game' you have to play for hours on end. Amazingly, LeSueur was a totally different experience. We were treated with the utmost respect and and the 'game' you have to play for hours on end. Amazingly, LeSueur was a totally different experience. We were treated with the utmost respect and the staff was exceptionally friendly. This is a family owned/operated business and they now have a customer for life. Kris and Kyle were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt no pressure in any way to purchase our vehicle. They both gave us space to talk to each other and really look at vehicle without feeling like so felt no pressure in any way to purchase our vehicle. You can truly feel the difference from LeSueur and other car dealerships the minute you walk in the door. It is very laid back and stress-free. I just had back surgery and could no longer sit in my sports car, a Porsche Boxster. There was full disclosure about the car we selected. Kris was very patient about bringing out cars for us to test drive, and he allowed us to really test them out. Once the decision was made, we were able to get a very fair price for our trade in, and the deal was signed and sealed painlessly. Anybody who has gotten disgusted with the dickering games in most dealerships would be ecstatic to seal a bargain which is win-win and done respectfully. I highly recommend this dealership. Deals are made with finesse and respect. More

I fly in to Phoenix quite a bit for work and decided to look for a used car in the area while I was there, as there were none available where I live. I ended up contacting Kris and he worked with me from s look for a used car in the area while I was there, as there were none available where I live. I ended up contacting Kris and he worked with me from start to finish. It was a great experience as I have never purchased a car from out of state. Kris and staff looked at the car multiple times, emailed me pictures, and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in. The whole process was painless and I highly recommend Kris and staff to anyone looking for a quality car and a great customer service experience. More

Yesterday, I purchased my second vehicle from the LeSueur car company, a 2013 Nissan Altima. I would like to say that this experience was just as great as my first purchase from them, completely painless and car company, a 2013 Nissan Altima. I would like to say that this experience was just as great as my first purchase from them, completely painless and no stress at all. I wish I could say the same about going to the dentist!!! :) I have been to the dealership several times in the last few weeks trying to decide on a new vehicle. Everyone on the entire staff is super friendly, laid back, and always willing to help. They were very patient with me in my search for a new vehicle and and answered every question that I had. Special kudos go out to Ryan Biggs, and Steven, Kyle, Jim, and Kris LeSueur. Over the years the LeSueur family has developed an enviable business model consisting of honesty and integrity. This dealership is a quality operation. Kris handled the purchase of my 2012 Nissan Leaf. Everything was done right. The car had a bad tire that was discovered a couple of days after the purchase. My wife refuses to go car shopping with me. I talked her into going with me to LeSueurs. She couldn't believe how friendly and not pushy Kris was. My wife found LeSueur thru the website when she was searching for a Toyota Prius. We had previously been to the Toyota dealership here in Tucson where we live, and we had a very good idea of what we wa searching for a Toyota Prius. We had previously been to the Toyota dealership here in Tucson where we live, and we had a very good idea of what we wanted, right down to year, mileage, color, interior, and the technology. Neither of us is experienced dealing with sales people at car dealerships, and I am sure the Toyota dealer we first went to thought we were ripe for exploiting; it certainly felt that way. The sales people there used every trick in the book to get us to buy something, anything, right down to the salesman bemoaning his fate, and saying that he had not made a sale for 9 days, and really, really needed to make this one. We got the barrage from all sides, and after 3 hours of this, we had simply had enough. Thankfully we had agreed with each other that we would not buy a car that day, just wanted to check it out, and we walked away without falling for the hype. The whole experience left a very sour taste in our mouths. When we saw the exact car we were looking for on LeSueur's site, I called them immediately, and got Kris on the phone at the weekend after hours. He sounded very welcoming, and we made an appointment to come look at the Prius first thing Monday, which we did. How glad we were! The whole vibe at LeSueur was so friendly, very welcoming, no hard-sell, and a genuinely pleasant experience. The price of the car was very good, and Kris took extra trouble to get our finances to work out how we wanted. The car itself had some defects in the paintwork, which Kris had pointed out on the initial phone call, and when he examined them, he said they would replace the whole front bumper assembly at their expense, rather than just take the cheaper option of touching up the paint. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with everything to do with our experience there, we cannot recommend them highly enough! More

We'd heard about LeSueur before, so when it came time to look for a Mini, it's the first place we went. Not the only place, just the first, and ultimately, the last. If all dealer car-buying experiences were like ours, shopping for a car would actually be fun. Their inventory is comprised of quality vehicles, and they sell at very fair prices. But that's only the start. The quality of service (we added tint and a center console) is very high, and everyone we encountered during the experience was customer-centered. It's great when everybody on staff is of the same mind - "we're proud of what we do and we're here to make your experience a great one." And I don't ever remember trusting a business like I do LeSueur. Seriously, next time I'm in the market for a car, this is the place I'll start. Because even if it's a car they don't carry, I know I'll be steered in the right direction. Just a great car, and a great experience. More
