Instead, we interfaced with Steven LeSueur. Steven is not your typical salesman. He is very calm, patient and very easy to talk to. At no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He showed us the car's history and maintenance reports (Carfax and BMW). We didn't make a decision right then and there and Steven showed no signs of frustration. We contacted the dealership several hours later that evening and informed them we wanted to purchase the vehicle. After starting the paperwork online, we went to the dealership several days later and met with Kris LeSueur to complete the purchase. Kris was very easy to talk to as well. He went over each item in the paperwork and there were no hidden charges. During the paperwork process, Kris informed us there was only one keyfob but he would order a second one. Less than a week later we had the second keyfob for the vehicle. My wife and I have always bought brand new vehicles. This was our first "used" vehicle purchase and the experience was very pleasant. We may never buy new again and just visit LeSueur Motor Company when we are ready for a different vehicle. More

He listened, created a dialogue about what I was looking for and together we went through the process of my wanting a 2007 GMC, Yukon, SLE that LeSueur Car Company had advertised. Kris gave me the opportunity to not only test drive the vehicle, but also allowed me to take the vehicle a second time so I could have a friend, a 20 year "body man" and vehicle repair expert, examine the Yukon to see if I might have missed anything on my inspection and test drive. The vehicle checked out fine. It was time to negotiate and see if we could come to a fair price. I had done extensive "homework" in looking at used car values on Edmunds, KBB and Manhiem Auto Auction. Kris took time to show me where LeSueur obtains their "numbers" and answered any questions I had. Bottom-Line: I was treated with respect, included in the entire process, and we reaced a fair price. I purched the GMC Yukon. The question is, would I use LeSueur again? Yes. Would I recommend LeSueur to others? Yes, unequivocally. More

I emailed back and forth with JT, who was very nice. There was one I was interested in, but I could not make up my mind, and by the time I did it was sold, so the next time I saw one I liked I knew I needed to pounce on it. JT let me know it was there, but he could not be there when I was going to be stopping by. As a result, I worked with Steven. Steven was wonderful! There was no pressure, he was friendly, and he gave me what was a fair price for my trade. It was also a fast process, much faster than most dealerships. Steven did everything! He showed me the car, he priced my trade, and he did the finance paperwork. No getting handed off to several people! In the end, I have a wonderful car still under the manufacturers warranty, I don't feel like I have been tricked or duped, and no buyers remorse. I enjoyed shopping at LeSueur, and I will do it again in the future. More
