We had heard they were a "no pressure" dealership, and also had a good reputation amongst car buyers. We were pleased that we had the same experience. We went there three times - the first to look around at the multiple Mini Cooper options - so many to choose from! We were encouraged to test drive as many as we wanted, to sit in others to get a feel for them, etc. When we left after our test drive, there was no guilt or pressure to make a decision at all. Instead, we were treated as if we were friends. We went back the 2nd time to check out one of the cars we were most interested in. We still wanted to think about it, and they offered to put the car on hold for us, which was so nice. We went back the next day and made the purchase. We are very pleased with the entire experience. I drove several cars from several dealerships before coming to LeSueur. I interacted via email and text before coming in for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy, there was no haggling. I returned later that same day with a friend and drove the car a second time before buying. The buying process was easy and laid back. We discussed finances and all options and if I did not want an option, it was never mentioned again. Hard to believe but this was actually somewhat enjoyable. I will always look here for a future car. More
