I absolutely loathe spending hours and hours at a dealership and hearing "salesy" pitches and tactics that don't apply or benefit me, the buyer. Kris, Kyle, and the entire staff, both sales and front desk, were extremely helpful, honest, patient, resourceful, and overall such a pleasure to work with! Not only did not have to sit for hours on end at the dealership, but their approach to customers is exactly how every dealership should be - friendly, honest, and to the point! Kris was attentive to all the details of my purchase and he and his staff returned every message and answered every inquiry I had so efficiently. I was able to choose the car I wanted and discuss what those numbers will look like, all before I even test drove the car!!! Once I did arrive, it was as simple as going over what we had discussed, test driving the vehicle, and walking out with my new purchase. I have highly recommended them to family members and friends because everyone looking to make this big a purchase should enjoy every step of it knowing they are well taken care of with attentiveness, honesty, resourcefulness, efficiency, and friendliness! They helped us with the kids during the process and were very hospitable and friendly the entire time even after they had closed.
