Kris Kosinski is excellent salesman - knowledgeable , friendly, polite - real professional ! Excellent sales approach with no pressure to buy before we were ready. my experience with toyota of naperville was excellent thanks to help from Kris Kosinski. he was excellent from the moment that he approached us when we walked into the doors. He didnt put any pressure on thanks to help from Kris Kosinski. he was excellent from the moment that he approached us when we walked into the doors. He didnt put any pressure on us when negotiating the price of the vehicle he said it was all up to us and that he would try to his best to get as close to the price we wanted to pay as possible. once we purchased the car Kris introduced me to Push Singh who then explained all of our technology features as good as possible. the worst part of the whole experience with toyota was dealing with the business manager Suha Oner! The whole time we were trying to fill out paperwork he was constantly on his telephone or talking to someone else that walked into the room without excusing himself from our conversation. He did not explain any of the papers that we were signing which was something that i thought was the most important thing he was supposed to do. at the end of dealing with Suha he started a new conversation with someone that walked by in the hallway without thanking me or reaching his hand out to congratulate me on my new purchase which i thought was very disrespectful on his behalf. More

After unpleasure dealing with one of the other Toyota stores I heard the radio ad about this dealer and it was the best day of my life while looking for a car. Kris did a wonderful job and you can be sur stores I heard the radio ad about this dealer and it was the best day of my life while looking for a car. Kris did a wonderful job and you can be sure that he loves what he does and he knows what he does. They have a huge selection of used and new cars and I was really considering changing my mind when I walked in to look around. Well, came to get a 2012 RAV4 but walked out or should I say drive out with a 2013 RAV4 which I love. From now on Toyota of Naperville is the only Toyota dealer I will do business with and will recomend that place to anyone looking for a great deals and perfect staff. Thank you Kris and you do a wonderful job. It was a pleasure to do business with you and will be back for sure to get another one within a year. More

I walked into the dealership with adequate groundwork on the model, price and features I need and Kris was assigned. He spent time with me and gave my personal space at times when I decided to take the car the model, price and features I need and Kris was assigned. Kris was very knowledgeable on the car and made my sales experience very smooth. The entire negotiation process was completed in 20 minutes. Kris did follow up after the purchase to ensure that everything is delivered as promised. More

I felt the overall service was great from start to finish. It was smooth, meaning Kris and the whole team was efficient and effective. The Sales manager and Finance manager were also great. I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Rav4. Kris Kosinski was my sales consultant. He answered any questions that I had throughly and made sure that the buying process was smooth and enjoyable as mu Kosinski was my sales consultant.
