Great experience with Toyota of Napreville. Dropped in in July to look and see what was available. We were thinking of buying in September sometime. Kris was very helpful and knowledgable with what we wante July to look and see what was available. We were thinking of buying in September sometime. Great experience. Kris and John answered all our questions and made the purchase a great experience with no hassles. We had checked reviews of other Toyota dealers in the area and knew that Toyot questions and made the purchase a great experience with no hassles. We had checked reviews of other Toyota dealers in the area and knew that Toyota of Naperville has a great reputation. Our previous purchases have been made through Saturn and CarMax not only becuase they had the vehicles we wanted, but because we didn't want to deal with high pressure sales and aggrevations dealt with in the past. We can tell you you wont experience any of that nonsense here. Yes, we were offered options for add ons, as well as extending the warranty. Our questions were answered, and at no time did we feel pressured. When we said no thanks, things moved forward. We were informed if we changed our minds, we could contact them, even if we had questions. Bottom line, we're happy with our choice on both the vehicle and the dealership. More
