Good Place to do Business My wife and I were in the market for a second Prius and were pleased with Toyota of Naperville's handling our needs. We started the process in June a My wife and I were in the market for a second Prius and were pleased with Toyota of Naperville's handling our needs. We started the process in June and told the salesperson (Kris Kosinski) that our mind was made up but we didn't want to be pestered with phone calls and emails but were not going to finalize anything until August. Aug 1 came , we made an appointment saw a car and had Kris do the deal to hold it until Monday the 4th. On the 4th we came in and closed the deal in about an hour and a half (seems like you could work on shortening that process). I have been very pleased with this dealership since 2011 when we bought our first Prius there. There service is great and sales staff are very good without all the usual car dealer pressure. Dave Kabanda made the final process of signing all the paperwork effortless. Good job guys! More
