Absolutely! My parents have been going to Wood Nissan for several years now, and they’ve always requested service from Kolten. They’ve had nothing but good things to say about him, so naturally my mind was already made up as to who I was going to ask for, once I had purchased my Rogue and it needed serviced as well. Kolten is great! He’s customer service oriented, (which sadly seems quite rare these days), knowledgeable, helpful, makes you feel like an important human being, he listens to concerns, gives feedback as non-biased as possible, he makes sure that his customers leave genuinely happy and satisfied with the service(s) received, and heck, I think that he even has way of making one’s vehicle feel even more special when leaving Wood, just for being himself! Vehicle maintenance is typically expensive, and never fun or enjoyable. But he manages to make it not so darn bad! THANK YOU Kolten… for having great work ethic, professionalism, shooting things straight, being honest and wise about the industry, and for taking good care of my parents and also myself every time that any of us are the dealership. It is very much appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed!
