

I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

I worked with Shelby Alexander and Kimberly Carr to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV Sport-L, only to find out afterward that the 2026 model was already available at the time of purchase. Not once during the process was the 2026 model mentioned, let alone shown to me. I was never given the chance to compare or make an informed decision. It feels like the newer model was intentionally withheld to move older inventory, which is unacceptable. I expected honesty and transparency from a Honda dealership — this felt deceptive.
