I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo from Bourn Auto, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car I was shown had a faulty engine, which failed shortly after my purchase. To make matters wors my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car I was shown had a faulty engine, which failed shortly after my purchase. To make matters worse, I was informed that the repairs would not be covered and that I would need to come up with $15,000 to fix it. Additionally, Bourn Auto refused to pay for towing the car to Alfa Romeo, leaving me to handle that cost as well. I also incurred three weeks of car rental expenses out of my own pocket while trying to resolve this issue. The staff at Bourn Auto was unhelpful and showed little concern for my situation.
