He found me the best deal possible and I am LOVING my purchase. Pat did a wonderful job with the financing. He took a hunch and it saved me a lot of money. Replacement Tire I just wanna say I had an outstanding experience, I went in thinking I was going have a long and lengthy wait, but I was greeted with a welcome from t I just wanna say I had an outstanding experience, I went in thinking I was going have a long and lengthy wait, but I was greeted with a welcome from the lady's at the door, and was quickly escorted to the Service Shop where they found me the right tire for my 2005 Chevrolet Impala, I was then seated and expected to have a long wait for it to be finished but it was a very quick process after my tire was replaced Mr Loader then informed me I had a key that had been recalled and recommended to have them handle the issue on the spot. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this Service shop in the future. More

Great guessing I brought my vehicle in to have a part replaced after a warning light had come on. The staff was great. They set me up with a rental and sent me on my way. When I came to pick up my Captiva we quickly realized all off the issues may not have been addressed. I was reassured and sent home. I reached Fort Riley and my warning lights were back on with other issues. So back I went. The staff again was great. They couldn't pin point the exact issue but we took our best guess, switched another part and set me up with a rental. The staff was very acommodating. Even more important, they were honest. They could not get the car to recreate the problem and it wasn't throwing any codes but they still addressed my concerns. Great service! More
