I've been a longtime customer. I was very disappointed about the response to my questions about a noise. I said It sounds like something hitting the bottom of my car and I asked if I was very disappointed about the response to my questions about a noise. I was quoted $190.00 plus just to look around the bottom Of my car i declined. Turns out the undercarriage cover is cracked and that was what I hear! No one told me that but you sure upsell everything else! Kind of gave me a bad feeling. Probably buying a new car soon but will most likely shop around. More
