This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was sold a damaged vehicle and tricked into purchasing it as-is. When I came to talk to the manager(s) all they did was tell me it was as-is and th I was sold a damaged vehicle and tricked into purchasing it as-is. When I came to talk to the manager(s) all they did was tell me it was as-is and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This was pure fraudulent misrepresentation and horrible customer service. I don’t know how this place is in business. Just horrible!!! More

Very responsive to online inquiries, called back promptly and let us do some preliminary stuff over the phone before deciding to make the 3.5 hr drive to view the vehicle in person. I took my car into the dealership with a serious issue. As a mechanic for over thirty years I know when a car has a blow by issue, and my outback showed all the sign of a car with piston rings failing. My complaint was dismissed and the service department instead tried to sell me a set of shocks on a car with 48 thousand miles. I have had issues with this dealership trying to sell my wife service items that are not needed. Like tiered ends on a car with 15 thousand miles on it. When I as a man took it up there a few weeks later and asked about it as a mechanic I was informed the tie rod ends were fine. Also, when my wife bought the car the dealership lied about the extended warranty being a factory extended warranty no less than three times. They sold her a third party warranty under the guise of a factory warranty. Wyatt Johnson is a scam dealership and the poor build quality of Subaru has ensured we will never by a Subaru again. We traded for a ford and will never be back. But we WILL tell absolutely everyone we know about the scams Wyatt Johnson runs and how our Subaru outback started to fail in less than 50 thousand miles. Everyone was so friendly, from the lady at the front desk all the way through the building!
