For an example, other Dodge dealerships provide a walk thru of the inspection noting tires are worn it breaks need to be changed. More

SCAM.... Pricing I went to the South Oak Dodge dealer based on a great Black Friday ad. This add was listed online on their website in video and photographic eviden I went to the South Oak Dodge dealer based on a great Black Friday ad. This add was listed online on their website in video and photographic evidence. It was also in a local paper. contacted the dealer on 11/23/16 to confirm the great price. I was told by Dave that this was indeed the price. I arrived at the dealer 3rd in line. I wanted to purchase a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan advertised at $14990. There were 2 stock numbers listed. The advertisement clearly stated "No gimmicks, Everyone Qualifies" Yet when i was given the price of the Grand Caravan it was $2500 more than the advertised price. I was told that the lowest price required "veteran status and was a lease option" I was never asked by Kevin (sales associate) if i was a veteran. I know of at least 3 other customers who experienced this at the same dealership at the same time as me. This is a disgrace. More
