Easiest deal I've ever done with a dealership - EVER! In all the vehicles I have purchased through the years this has to be the easiest ever! I expected the same sales tactics like I have received from EV In all the vehicles I have purchased through the years this has to be the easiest ever! I expected the same sales tactics like I have received from EVERY car dealership - even the the previous Subaru dealership. They play games with the numbers, waste my time with "I need to talk to my manager" and "this deal is only good for the day" on pricing and then finial after the lengthly deal is done the Finance people take a round a you try to sell you everything under the sun, i.e. maintenance contracts, insurance, etc. It's so exhausting and complete waste of my time. NOT SO with Crews, I went in expecting the same treatment but I was pleasantly surprised to have zero pressure and when it came time to talk price the Sales manager Kevin Madeo presented a very fair proposal for both my trade and the price of the new car in a very clear format explaining each line item and the final price was lower than what I have already come up with before going to the dealership - NO haggling what so ever! So here is the best part I tell them I won't be back for 1 week and I will do the deal then and I expected the responses like "this is only good today" and "these cars go quick and we can't hold it for you" to get me to buy that day. Nope, he said let's shake on it and that's what we did and 1 week later they had the car ready for me and I was in an out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. Mike Driscoll was my salesman and was awesome in making sure everything was in place for a quick and smooth transaction. I keep saying to myself on the way home from dealership "this can't be true, something must go wrong" but nothing did, so refreshing to deal with with dealership that can treat people with respect and trust. More

From the minute we stepped out the car to driving off the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales associate, Rhett Crull, went above and beyond. Kevin Madeo and Josh helped us seal the deal. When we left the dealership, they welcomed us to the Subaru family. I didn't know that I would actually consider them "family." This new "family" of ours came to the rescue when a friend of ours needed assistance the most. Mark, a marine and business man, left important documents in his car at the service center. OOPS! With one phone call to Kevin Madeo, Mark was able to get to his car after hours (10:30pm!), and get what was needed. A HUGE thank you to our new friends and family. More
