Very pleased with the entire experience on purchasing a new 2025 Mazda CX-5. Kenneth did a great job answering all my questions. I shopped the exact same model around to different dealerships within 250 mi new 2025 Mazda CX-5. Kenneth did a great job answering all my questions. I shopped the exact same model around to different dealerships within 250 mile radius and Jeff Haas came in at the best Out the Door deal. My first experience with this dealership was 25 years ago and it was not pleasant. At that time, I went with another dealer for that purchase and actually bought from them another 2 times. I decided to give Jeff Haas another chance because a friend had mentioned their positive experice. Glad I didn't write them off completely. I walked in late on a Friday evening before closing. I spoke with Kenneth on about a quick test drive on a new 3 hatchback. Both Kenneth and Jeff Haas Mazda have exceeded my expectations! I did need some help in the first week of owning the Mazda Hybrid CX50and they took care of everything with exceptional service. Also I am loving the gas mileage, which has been awesome for an SUV…I am getting 39/42 mpg!! Another plus is the air conditioned seats (what a great benefit in the heat of Houston!), and the newest safety features, which alert me immediately if someone is in my blind spot, alert on lane changes, and helpfully post speed limits on the windshield along with my speed. You can turn these off. But, I love these features. I also like the Bose sound system, and the video display that works seamlessly with my mobile phone. I am very pleased with my purchase. More
