I have purchased many cars in my life time and never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. In less than an hour I drove 2 cars and made a deal. The negotiations were unbelievably easy and quick. I countered the first offer and they came back offering me the deal I requested. I thought the whole process was extremely fair and easy. Even Harry Sugarman, financial consultant, was a pleasure to deal with. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Sales consultants Ken Lucas and Nick Verdile were awesome- extremely professional and made me very comfortable. The car was not ready for delivery so I was given a loaner and Nick as well as Mark Bradberry, product concierge, delivered the car to my home one hour away, a couple days later! Mark spent over an hour explaining every little detail of the car. I am not only in awe of the vehicle I purchased, but also the entire buying experience. I greatly appreciate the top notch service I received- so much so that I look forward to servicing my new vehicle at this dealership and hopefully making another purchase there in the future! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. My salesman, Ken Lucas, was personable, friendly and efficient, and I appreciated his willingness to drive the used car I was considering down to my mechanic on Marco Island for an inspection. Upon sealing the deal he and David Mesa (in Finance) had everything lined up and ready to go so that I was driving out of the dealership in my new (used) car within 30 minutes. No wasted time - I appreciate that! All in all, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
